A very useful launderette was located in the hotel. A children's play area was useful to keep my little on entertained as well as, an outdoor swimming pool. The friendliness of the staff made us feel valued as a guest, especially front desk, concierge and the cafe.

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were helpful and spoke English well, making communication easy. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free. The shuttle bus service to the nearest MTR station was extremely convenient, and the hotel’s location near the bus station added to its accessibility. Overall, it was a great stay, and we were very satisfied with the experience.
