the receeption staff and another male staff were great for . arranged 2 big cakes for the two celebrants.. we didnt expect that.. thank you for your kind gesture. They provide umbrellas for the guests

It’s well managed and clean . The staff was curteous and has managed an early check-in for us which is really applaud able. Location is decent too.

The location of the hotel. It was a 10 minutes walk from Olympic Station. and Olympic City Mall which gave us options on where to eat and shop. The property also has a free shuttle that stops at, Langham Mall and Kowloon station and from there you can take the Airport Express. It is just 4 Train Stations away to Disneyland SUnny Bay station so very convenient if you are travelling with small children. The hotel has free water dispenser so you can refill your bottle at any time. The towels in the room are very clean and looks new all the time.
