Please note that hotel do not accept name change once the booking is made. Guests are required to provide the booker and staying guests' name in English (same as shown on the passports) during the booking process.Guests are required to present a photo identification and credit card used for the reservation upon check-in. The hotel will verify if the guest is the authorized cardholder.Hotel is undergoing Guest rooms transformation works until this year end. During this period, there may be some noise during 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM. Relevant measures will be taken to minimize the impact on your stay. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.Renovation work will be carried out from February 2025 to approximately 15 monthsIf you have made a room reservation at a breakfast-included rate, you will be entitled to Ink & Plate Breakfast Buffet (With meeting Disney Friends) for TWO persons per room per night.If you have made a room reservation at a dinner-included rate, you will be entitled to Ink & Plate Dinner Buffet (With meeting Disney Friends) for TWO persons per room per night. Designated dinner at Ink & Plate Restaurant is available between 5:30 p.m. and 10:30 p.m. and must be consumed on the check-in date.Please note that a valid photo ID and a credit card corresponding to the name on the booking are required for deposit before check-in.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Great location to with free shuttle service to and from Disneyland Hong kong staff are super friendly and eggar to provide assistance. great that the hotel guests were able to enjoy the facilities and activities at all of the Disney properties.

The luggage valet from the park to the hotel was a nice surprise. The hotel itself was just as magical as the park. We were worried about the maintenance, but it did not impact our experience at all. Breakfast with Goofy was a great way to begin the day.
