The staff were mostly helpful and friendly, though they didn’t explain how to find my room or use the card to get into it. The room was decent, though could do with a lick of paint, and the shower good.

We checked in at 1.30am after a late flight. The process took about 15 minutes which felt a bit slow when we were tired. We were given the key to our room, which was difficult to locate initially as the room numbers were not displayed on the doors or anywhere at eye level. We eventually found the number on the floor embedded in the tiles. The room itself was clean and comfortable (although the bed was a bit firm as is common in Asia). The shower pressure was fantastic!

Once i got my bearings and what buses to use to get me to my destination i was much happier. i was also lucky with getting to the rugby 7’s using the shuttle bus from Dorset Hotel to the new stadium. Overall the time was very good.

The room was exactly as expected and it was clean, well-presented and the bed was more than comfortable enough. The price for a week in Hong Kong was good too.

Hotel is what you see what you get for a HK hotel that caters for expats and business folk. As in it’s a good clean room, friendlier staff who were so helpful. Good smart TV. Lovely view of Happy Valley No restaurant so it’s a take away style brekkie and that’s very basic ! The vending machines are well stocked. Would do my stay where again gym is in the hotel down the road - not bad Ross HK Resident

Is clean, Terrence area good for morning breakfast. Bus stop outside the hotel. Free transport to central & Causeway Bay. Laundry facility in the Sister hotel. Free water fill up.

Clean and tidy and superbly placed. Free shuttle bus to Causeway a bonus. You can catch the tram and buses outside and well within walking distance to most places to visit.
