Upon arrival at Chung King Mansion, we strongly advise guests to head directly to the reception located at Flat D8 or E2, Block D or E, 10/F and ignore the salespeople around the building. Please reconfirm the address and hostel name at the front desk upon arrival. In cases of no-show, guests will be charged under the hostel's policy.Please note that extra charges apply if guests pay in credit card.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

The location is really perfect, you won’t find a better place for this price. Just 5 mins by walk from the harbor. We had a room for two with a double bed and surprisingly the room was quite big (for Hong Kong standards). Totally clean. With a window! Bathroom was also nice and clean. Hot shower. Check in and check out took just a few mins. Stuff was helpful. WiFi is super nice, I watched Netflix every night:) The building itself is really iconic, in a nutshell it was a really nice experience! I was so scared while booking and reading all those bad comments. Seen nothing of those scary things. Highly recommended)

The Chungking Mansion is a very special building housing hundreds of small and half shady business, but it is exotic and nice, lots of great and cheap places to eat and many interesting things to see. It is also in the heart of Hong Kong, no real hotel can afford this location.

It's completely the world of "Chungking Express". For me as a lover of that movie, there was a kind of Disneyland. Suspicious peddlers were swarming in the Chungking mansion, with no window inside the room, however, there was a certain warmth in the people who gathered there.
