Excellent location, very convenient to travel anywhere. Less than 5 minutes walk to MRT and tram stations. Buses just outside the hotel to Kowloon side as well as around Hong Kong. Plenty of food of all types of cuisines around hotel area. The reception staff were very nice and professional. A special shout out to Francis who allowed me early check in after an all night flight to Hong Kong. It was so appreciated to be able to get into my hotel room at 8.30am to get some rest. He also allowed a late check out of 2pm as my flight to return home was at midnight. These exceptions to the usual check in / check out times makes this an exceptional hotel which I will be recommending to all my friends going to Hong Kong.

Check in worked well, they even offered electric adapter. Room was clean and everything there worked well. Location is quite ok near to Wanchai MTR station.

This was the second time we stayed here. We love the location which is safe and closed to the subway station and bus stop. The staff are very helpful. The room is very clean.

Great location, but the beds are small, I know the rooms are small, but we did struggle to sleep in this small double bed.
