Great handy location to walk down to bars and restaurants, super handy to discover escalators to get back up hill, made the hike so much easier.

The staff were exceptionally helpful, especially Jack, the Concierge. Everybody went out of their way to assist us. The shuttle bus was a real bonus too.

The view from my room on 6th floor was not so good but I was able to move into a higher floor the next day. The staff are professional and helpful. The shuttle between hotel and IFC Mall is really great. I did not have breakfast. I used the pool previously but not in this stay. Although the mid level escalator is nearby I think next time in HK I'll stay closer to harbour.
