The fine print
Upon arrival at Chung King Mansion, we strongly advise guests to head directly to Flat A5, Floor 16, Block A (Delta Hotel) and ignore the salespeople around the hotel. Please reconfirm the address and hotel name at the front desk upon arrival.In cases of no-show, guests will be charged as per the hotel's policy. Changes made to dates are allowed as long as the number of nights stayed are the same. Any changes must be made at least 3 days before date of arrival. After that, the total price of the reservation will be charged for any changes or cancellations.

I have used several of the small flat units in Kowloon. Normally really grotty buildings and dinghy rooms. This was really much better than anywhere before. Neat, certainly not glamorous but friendly staff, easy check-in and great location.

On arrival seemed a bit dodgy from the outside. A little difficult to find. However the room itself although very basic and small suited me just fine. It was very clean, aircon, fan, bathroom was a wet room, bed very hard but normal in Asia. Elevator was often slow.

The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful—truly a 10/10 experience with them. Strategic location near public transport, and cleanliness. Rooms are small, but well-organized. Excellent value for money in Hong Kong, including basic amenities like water and coffee.
