Mattew and Gemma were exceptional hosts. The rooms were charming and quirky with quality linens and furnishings. The garden is a beautiful, peaceful oasis overlooking the canal du Midi. The breakfast was delicious in an elegant dining room and there is a lovely lounge for the guests to use. The whole house is delightful and felt very french. We encountered some issues (rail strikes) and Matt and Gemma could not have been more helpful and supportive - thank you both so much!

Lovely residence on the canal. Great for cyclists( bike storage etc). Breakfast was superb, great selection. Hosts were excellent. Highly recommend.

Exceptional hosts with location right by the Canal du Midi. Went out of their way to help us and make our stay enjoyable. The cats were added welcome company. Breakfast was plentiful and very fresh.

Everything was excellent, the hosts were very welcoming, the rooms were fabulous overlooking the garden. The beds were exceptionally comfortable!! Perfect location next to the canal du midi. Lots of choice at breakfast sat in the beautiful garden!!

The warm welcome by the owners, Matt and Gemma, instantly made us feel at home. The location is perfect. Right on the canal and several places to eat within walking distance.
