We love Rhoscolyn, though as is to be expected the weather in February was not ideal. If we'd had clear skies, the cottage garden looks directly north and would have been ideal for aurora-watching - mostly we saw rain! The fixtures and furnishings were fine, there was lots of hot water and two TVs meant some of us could watch the Winter Olympics and some of us could watch the football! We did have a bit of a disaster while we were there as I injured myself and the owner was very helpful in making the necessary arrangements for us to stay an extra couple of days until a friend could drive us home.

Really lovely quiet cottage, very comfortable and well equipped, perfect location for us 20 mins walk to the beach and pub!

Fantastic location, away from the crowds, beautiful views, a real home from home with everything we needed right there. Really liked having 2 bathrooms, and the lounge was super chilled for a proper evenings relaxation. Oh, and the local pub was within walking distance and well worth a visit for exceptional food.
