Very simple family room, comfortable and clean. Self check-in was very simple. It is ideally located literally two minutes away from Holyhead station and StenaLine ferry terminal. This was basic comfort, but with very good value for money. It was exactly what we needed for an express stay in Holyhead.

It was a decent property . But the stairs to the attic were very steep . My own fault for not requesting a ground floor . My husband is no good on stairs he has a degenerative brain illness was a nightmare getting him up and back down

Booked this very last minute when I reaklsied that Transport for Wales don't think it appropriate to wait 20 minutes for a delayed ferry before sending off the last train for nearly 8 hours overnight. In sideways rain, I find it quite difficult to find and a few signpost pointers would have helped - Apple maps has an attitude problem with it. When I arrived, late, really kind man took my suitcases adn made sure I was settled in comfortably. No en suite - which I hadn't experienced for many years- but clean and fine.
