The room was comfortable and very cosy. It was also really well equipped, with a very useful kitchen and bathroom and a television! This really is perfect for a couple. The hosts are friendly and helpful and they keep the room in excellent condition. I can't recommend it enough for a pleasant stay just a 15 minute drive from the coast.

Lots of little personal touches - milk in the fridge, umbrella and torch. The hosts had left a fan which was really welcome as the weather was very hot. A garden area to sit in with sun lounges and towels

The Garden Suite is compact but very well designed and the furnishings are bright and attractive. We especially enjoyed having tea on the patio contemplating the attractive garden. Kevin and Sandra were welcoming and helpful. The property is a short 10 min stroll from the town centre where there are some excellent food shops should you decide to self-cater. Holt is well served by buses so, although we had a car, we took advantage of that service to visit Sheringham and Cromer and the quaint seaside villages such as Cley and Blakeney. There are National Trust properties nearby that are well worth visiting. Free WiFi is a bonus. Parking is not a problem.

Very clean and everything that was needed for a lovely stay was there. The milk and posh biscuits were greatly appreciated. This is a real gem and very pleased we found it. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay here again. The walk into Holt was easy and took about 12 minutes.
