Lovely one night stay in Norfolk,Perfectly positioned between Holt and sheringham which was perfect for us. Lorraine was the most welcoming host who gave us various ideas for food and drinks in the surrounding area. The room had the best view ever of beautiful countryside, very quiet, immaculately clean and everything you would want for your comfort. Breakfast was chosen the day before ,freshly cooked and delicious. This B&B is a hidden gem and we will definitely return when in the area again.

There was a varied choice of well presented items for breakfast. The en-suite was spacious and both rooms were very warm. Our host was welcoming and helpful with suggestions on places to visit and the atmosphere was so relaxed. One of the best places we have stayed.

Lorraine was an excellent host who made us very welcome in her lovely home. Storm Bert did it's best to disrupt proceedings with a power cut right on cue at Breakfast time, Lorraine was amazing and with a cool demeanour was able to still cook all the guests a truly fantastic breakfast .

Warm Welcome, extremely personable owner. Property very nicely decorated. Bedroom well appointed, large bed very comfortable. Bathroom, excellent with all the facilities you would expect at a 5 star hotel. Breakfast, first class, freshly cooked, very nice fresh fruit with cereal if required, nice fruit juice. A high quality B&B.
