Wells Cottage is a beautifully appointed property boasting stunning views over Holmfirth. The owners have thought of everything especially in terms of kitchen equipment. The wood-burning stove was delightful to create a relaxing ambience in the lounge and the dining table was perfectly positioned to take in the views. The beds were extremely comfortable. The welcome hamper was so generous and of a high-quality and included delicious handmade local chocolates and special biscuits for our canine pals. Having an outbuilding to clean down the dogs and boots, after enjoying the walks that are right on the doorstep, was brilliant. Just perfect!

We loved this cosy cottage with a big view. There was plenty of space for us (group of 5 friends) and everything was well thought out and comfortable. Our host was very helpful and responsive. We went for a lovely walk right from the door and also walked into Holmfirth and back. Also: a shower with a view!! Amazing.
