Characterful property in fabulous location close to all that Holmfirth has to offer. Modern conversion but retaining the charm of the building. Immaculately clean. Lovely welcome package. Parking close by.

Incredibly comfortable with everything we needed. Lovely welcome pack and excellent instructions for entry. Although the road to the front is busy, the flat was quiet a the sound of the river babbling past at the back was lovely- with windows open. Perfectly located. Highly recommend ten-14 for an excellent meal and great atmosphere
