location was fantastic, host was helpful. room was a lovely size, comfy beds. great pub across the forecourt with friendly staff.

We didn’t have interaction with staff, which wasn’t a bad thing, had clear instructions on how to get our key, rooms were perfect for the 2night stay. Clean, modern and comfortable

Everything you would need.....in the middle of Meltham easy walking distant to pub, restaurant and shops.

very lovely room, very comfortable and warm. Also a beer patio outside. Warm and friendly staff ( Keith is so accommodating). Locals very friendly, plenty of places to explore, quiet village in the valley, not far from Holmfirth and main towns, will definitely pay another visit soon.
