Sara kept in regular touch with me about the property and about local recommendations. The property is a beautiful cottage which is part of a bigger property, with its own parking space and access to a big garden and an outdoor seating area. There are very nice views. At the top of the road to the left is a Co-op and a very good local pub - to the right is the way to Holmfirth, which is about a mile away and it's a pleasant walk. The living area/kitchen is very comfortable and has everything you need, and the upstairs bedroom has a comfy bed, a desk, plenty of storage and an en-suite. Views are even better from here.

The location and the standard of the property exceeded our expectations. The cottage is very quaint and the ideal place to stay for a quiet and relaxing break. The owners very thoughtfully left some provisions for us and the handy location of a grocery store and lovely community pub nearby catered for the rest of our stay. We would highly recommend Pellcroft cottage to anyone wanting to visit this loverly area.

Everything works perfectly, it is warm and comfortable but on top of that, everything I could need is provided and more. The little touches made this cottage homely and welcoming. A lot of thought and care is clearly put into making this happen.
