We loved the location of the cottage - a short but lovely walk along the river into Holmfirth. We happily spent time relaxing in this beautifully decorated historical cottage, we loved the comfortable surroundings. Very well equipped - we didn’t need to ask for anything. The eco friendly bathroom and kitchen toiletries are great and makes this cottage great value for money. Gina is an amazing host.

A real gem indeed: a listed weaver’s cottage like the one my West Riding forebears would have lived in but beautifully presented and comfortable with all mod cons. A bit of a walk into Holmfirth if you don’t want to use the car but we managed it comfortably, and the town is now full of cafes, bookshops abd indies.

the place is amazing, looks absolutely magical and we had all we needed. The host is very nice and helpful, maintaining very good communication. All in all, a fantastic stay.
