The Room was a bit dated but the communal areas were pleasant. Leisure facilities were good

Fantastic. Only place I’ve stayed that is truly dog friendly. Our room had dog bowls, treats and a dog bed. Stiff very friendly and grounds great. Meal was disappointing but hey won’t stop me going back. Definitely going to be a regular stopping point between Glasgow and Portsmouth.

A beautiful venue. Bedrooms are in an extension so not in the gorgeous old building. Walls are quite thin and noise really carries from the corridors but it’s in such a beautiful setting and the staff are so lovely and accommodating that we’d definitely stay again.
