Clean, basic hotel with very friendly and helpful staff, who were always ready to assist with any queries, booking taxis etc. Nice balcony overlooking the sea and sunsets. Two beach side restaurants in close proximity. Bus stop right outside of hotel. Direct access to a fantastic, clean beach. Sun beds were always set out ready to use with towels, if needed. Supermarket across the street.

The location was perfect overlooking the most beautiful beach with fabulous views of the ocean and close to shops and good restaurants. The staff were friendly and the room clean and fresh.

Great apartments in a perfect location, the rooms are clean, tidy and the bed is very comfortable, we had brand new air conditioning which was so appreciated on our entry in to Tropical Sunset. We were offered a free rum punch on entry too. The staff were all really helpful. We had a great time.

The location was superb right on the beach but it was unfortunate that the decking had yet to be replaced following a hurricane last year. This led to a lack of sunbeds and a bed reserving problem that the hotel could’ve managed. There was one couple who reserved beds every single day and never used them. The room was in need of refurbishment but it was clean and we didn’t really spend too much time in it anyway. The kitchen area could do with a rethink. It had an unnecessarily large hob and a lack of work space. The fridge freezer was also excessive for a room for 2 people and if replaced by an under counter model could’ve created more worktop space. I’d nevertheless still be happy to return to the hotel. Hopefully with new decking and refurbished rooms. The bar/restaurant next to the hotel was excellent and the staff were great.
