Very good rural location on a hill. Arrangements were made for late arrival. Good overnight facilities and friendly exchange with the hosts before leaving. Would go there again.

Our stay at Bergwirtschaft Tiefmatt was truly exceptional. From the moment we booked our stay, communication with the hotel was effortless through the Booking.com messaging system. Despite our late arrival at 11 PM, the staff graciously welcomed us in person, even though it was technically a self-check-in time. Their kindness and willingness to assist were greatly appreciated. The breakfast experience was a highlight of our stay. With the pleasant weather, we opted to dine outside, enjoying a magnificent view as we began our day. The breakfast offerings were diverse, including vegetarian and gluten-free options, all of which were not only accommodating but also delicious. We chose a room with a shared bathroom, and we were delighted to find everything impeccably clean and well-maintained. Additionally, the complementary tea provided in the room was a perfect evening treat before bedtime. In summary, our time at Bergwirtschaft Tiefmatt was truly delightful. The staff's friendliness, the beautiful surroundings, and the excellent breakfast made our stay a memorable one.
