During last decade I visited over 150 hotels, including many 4/5 stars, and this one is easily in the top 3. - Location in the most picturesque and peaceful part of the island; - Very friendly and caring Staff in the reception & restaurants, - Great public areas - highly Instagramable pools, beach club, plenty of sunbeds etc. - We were super happy of our room with small private pool - convinient & with beatiful details like boho shower or underwater lights in the pool imitating bioluminescence, which is tha Island famous of.

The breakfast team were incredible, so attentive, so good. The people on reception were wonderful, so helpful, so good. The cleaning team were so good. Watch out for the raccoons mind! You have to keep the doors locked or they come in!!!

My wife is disabled and can only walk about 100 metres, I wrote to the hotel six months prior to our visit asking for a downstairs room close to the amenities to which I had an affirmative reply. When we arrived we had been given a second floor room as far as possible away from the amenities, when I complained I was told I should have read the small print that cannot guarantee the room you ask for. The following day we were move to a ground floor room but still far away from the amenities no further assistance or help ws offered. They changed chiefs when we arrived who could no cook rice or eggs Benedict so took the eggs of the menu.. We are regular travelers with booking.com but now feel because of the discounts we are relegated to second class guests.
