charming place, offering a tranquil atmosphere just a short stroll from Holbox Center. The owner is exceptionally kind and helpful, making guests feel right at home. Additionally, there's a delightful family-run bar just 100 meters away, perfect for enjoying excellent Mexican breakfasts. Overall, it’s a lovely spot for anyone looking to experience the local culture and hospitality.

Gorgeous rustic and unique property. Quiet spot, very close to beach, Welcome and hospitality was absolutely lovely. Taxis are very expensive in Holbox. The heat was very hot. So bare this in mind if you fancy trips into town and do on. Couple of nice restaurants nearby. There is air con, fans and a good wide shady roof to keep temperatures down. Mosquito nets everywhere was good, not many around when we were there. Beds were comfy. All rooms nice and large. No tv, we liked this!
