It was great value for money but note we went off season. The rooms are really nice design and comfortable although more storage would be ideal. We like the bracelets instead of key cards but so easy to lose them as they slip (and they charge you for a new one). We enjoyed the outdoors pool and beach area although it was very small. The beach club also serves great food and staff was very friendly. Great views from the rooftop bar however the pool was a bit dirty and staff was a bit awkward and wouldn’t help us get towels

Great location, slightly out of the main town, but easy to get there by taxis which are affordable. Beautifully designed hotel, both swimming pools are lovely to cool off in. The rooftop bar was stunning and very quiet. when in the sea you can really tell why the hotel was designed how it was! It’s all made out of shipping containers, put together, so very modern and beautiful big rooms! You have a stunning view of the sea and surrounding Island especially from the presidential suite. The ground floor rooms with direct access to the pool also looked like a great option. We stayed for our honeymoon and had a wonderful 5 nights in Holbox. Breakfast from Fuego was delicious and Aldo was incredible in always helping us book taxis, restaurants and giving advice about the island. He booked us a sunset kayaking tour which was stunning and so peaceful to kayak through the mangroves, we saw crocodiles and flamingoes and lots of other local wildlife. We also had dinner at Terra restaurant which was excellent quality.

Everything was amazing, we saw the best sunsets in there. The food at their restaurant is amazing, We also must mention how great the staff and the manager were.

My partner and I stayed here for 2 weeks and we loved this hotel. The food, drinks and amenities were amazing, but what really stood out was the staff- you could tell that they truly cared about the experience of each guest. Everybody was so kind and attentive, always willing to answer any questions we had about the island and consistently looking for ways to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. My boyfriend actually proposed here- and he said that the hotel staff were so helpful planning with planning it, giving a list of suggestions for locations and organising a private terrace for us. In particular, Aldo and Ricardo were lovely and we’d like to thank them for helping to make our stay so unforgettable!
