Beautifully presented cottages. It was a home away from home. Very clean, warm and comfortable. Great stay. More than we expected. Highly recommend. Kids thought it was great as well.

We had a great stay! It was quiet, well located for walking to the beach, and to the main street. The cottage was immaculately clean, and very cosy and warm. Perfect for a winter stay! I would suggest parking on the street, rather than at the cottages - it’s rather tight, particularly when other guests have their cars in place also. The option to purchase a continental breakfast is also a benefit - and, it turns out to be very economical. Our order was plentiful and sufficient for two days in a row.

The hosts were lovely when we arrived late and my phone had died so had lost our check in details. The cottage itself was perfect for a couple of nights in Hokitika, it was your own little cabin but plenty of space for our family of 4 (itwo large teens) including a washing machine, full kitchen with oven, fridge, freezer and pantry even stocked with the essentials like salt, oil and sauces. I would definitely stay again for a couple of nights. It was super comfortable for a family, the beds were comfortable and rooms spacious and the hosts have thought about every detail.
