My family of 4 enjoyed the two bedroom villa with two separate bathrooms, which was comfortable for us. We also liked the location of the hotel, an easy walk to old town yet not being in the center of noisy crowds. Another notable experience was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, this made the stay and our visit in Hoi An even more memorable.

Where do we start? At the beginning I guess. A lovely warm welcome. Great big smiles. We stayed here for 14 nights in various rooms. All of them were perfect They are cleaned every day. Fresh towels every day. They are spotless Lovely breakfast each morning. Close to the old town. One side of the river bars The other quieter. There is something for everyone The staff at square villa go above and beyond to make your stay one to remember. They book trips taxis. And offer lots of free advice. Three trips are actually cheaper than you can buy on line!! For two week’s accommodation for two adults. Two day trips and a taxi back to the airport it cost us less than £400. Now that’s value for you!! We took grabs( download the app). They are with you in a minute. Grab / taxi to the beach 20 min drive away cost around £2.50 We used the deck house at the beach. Lovely food. And again very reasonably priced Back to square villa. Free umbrellas. And free bikes should you want to risk it. We didn’t. But they are there I would personally like to say thank you from the bottom of our hearts ♥️. A massive THANK YOU 🙏. you made our holiday fantastic

Located within walking distance from Hoi An ancient town area. Yet it is not noisy and not crowded Clean and comfortable room, very friendly staffs. There are free bicycle available for the guests to explore surroundings

The staff were so friendly and made our stay so enjoyable. They would go above and beyond for you. They were so helpful and kind and really made us feel welcome. The rooms were gorgeous and just like the pictures.
