I stayed here for two weeks, and it's a very comfortable, clean place with everything I was need. The owner Mr. Lac is a very kind person. The hostel has two rooms with five beds, each with a shower and toilet with hot water (heater). There's also a common area with a small table for eating or working. The owner allowed me to use the hot drinking water tap in his house, and there's also filtered water near the rooms. There are good free push bikes, and A 3-minute drive away are stunning rice fields where you can cycle every day. The beach is a 15-20-minute push bike ride away. The downtown - 10-15 minutes. Good place to hang out (Cham Chi) - in 10 min. The internet is excellent. There was no noise while I was there.. There are also plenty of cafes, banh mi, and a supermarket nearby. The shower is clean, hot water is available all day, and there's a heater. Thanks to Mr. Lac for this amazing time in his place

host was really lovely and is a Hội An local. they lent bikes to use for no additional fee which was ideala for riding around the rice paddy fields, to the beach and the ancient town. the host also made recommendations of what to do and where to go in Hội An and was very helpful!

This one was my second time in this homestay, my favorite one in Vietnam and Lac (the host) is one of the kinder people that I met in South East Asia. Highly recommend this place and a plus is the free (included) bicycle! All the best to Lac's family, I hope to see you again!

Can't rate this place highly enough, what a lovely and welcoming family who make you feel right at home. Green, pretty and away from the tourist trap area. Was given a free bike on arrival (which made getting around super easy and saved me some money too) and a map with all the best things to see and do. Was really good value for money -loved it! 💖
