Lovely quiet hotel on the river with nice views and sunsets. Our room with balcony was great, we did have an issue with the shower but it was fixed promptly. The breakfast was fantastic and pool was a life saver in the heat. Staff were also great and loved how the cleaners surprised us with their towel art :)

Our stay was fantastic, breakfast was the best we've had in Vietnam. The only thing we disliked was the aircon wasn't cool enough and when you left the room, everything turned off including the fridge making it hard to keep drinks cold otherwise we had the perfect stay.

Good having a pool table and staff were really friendly and helpful. They gave some great recommendations and even booked reservations which I would always recommend so you do not miss out on some great restaurants. Free bikes were a great addition.

Location was good if you want somewhere slightly quieter with lovely views of the river and don't mind the short walk into the old town. Breakfast was exceptional, you chose 2 drinks and a food option the night before and they made it all fresh when you arrived in the morning. Great selection of food and drinks to choose from! Far better than buffets that most hotels offer! The facilities were great with a lovely pool, gym and snooker table all free to use. The bikes were great to use when going to the beach. Air conditioning worked well and there was a small fridge in the room with the mini bar prices similar to what you could buy in local shops. We also had washing done there which was a quick service.

Very friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast is tasty and with a good view. Air con is perfect after being out in the heat. Just outside the old town makes it more relaxing and serene.

Firstly we had the warmest welcome by the receptionist who gave us an in-depth recommended list of things to do and foods to eat. We pretty much visited most of the places she recommended and they were all a 10/10 experience. If it wasn’t for her recommendations, our experience wouldn’t have been as authentic and exciting as it was. Facilities were great and the stay was very comfortable

The staff was amazing, all so very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had to be ordered the night in advance, but was very good. Wifi was very good. Hoi An oldtown is at walking distance, and has a lot of good restaurants (especially if you stay a bit away from the main streets and look in the side alleys).
