Large, bright room with windows facing two sides. One with a small balcony (more of a sliding door with supporting rail rather than a full sitting-out terrace-balcony) and a fantastic view of the river and the lake. English channels on the TV, rain shower in the bathroom and everything very clean. We absolutely loved it! WiFi very good. Downstairs is the pool with a nice deep area for swimming, a shallow place for kids, and lounge chairs around and even in the shallow end -- perfect for parents to relax while their kids splash away. Buffet breakfast was great, with a huge variety to suit all tastes, and taken either indoor-air-conditioned or outdoors in a green courtyard. And of course the staff were all so attentive, polite and helpful. We loved this place.

Staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Even kept our luggage while on a tour. Breakfast & room & facilities very nice. Loved Hoi An.

Stayed here during our visit in Vietnam and we were very welcomed here. The staff was very friendly, I especially want to give a big thank you to Than, she has been very helpful and friendly. I have absolutely no problem recommending this hotel.

The location is slightly out of town day-and-night life, thus it is very quiet. Good breakfast. Free bikes.
