The staff were fabulous, they made our stay so perfect. Nothing was too much trouble and you could tell the staff were happy to be working there. We also really enjoyed the location. It was very quiet but an easy walk to the night market and old town. The food was also consistently delicious as were the drinks. The spa was very good too. We were sad to leave this hotel after 5 nights there. We had an interconnecting room which was very comfortable for our family. The aircon worked really well.

We loved everything about our stay - comfort of the room; friendly helpful staff; delicious food and cocktails in the restaurant and a calm, cool pool to relax in after a tour. We were given an room upgrade when we arrived and the staff went out of their way to help with any questions we had about tours and activities. Definitely recommend seeing the Memories Show, just amazing.

We cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. The beautiful staff were warm, kind and provided the most amazing service. Nothing was too much trouble. We were traveling with our nearly 3 year old granddaughter and I can't tell you how wonderful they were to her. A special mention to Duyen and Tram who were so kind and helpful. We loved the variety and quality of the food, so fresh and delicious and we loved the location near the old town. The beautiful, peaceful grounds provided a wonderful respite from busy Hoi An even though we were in walking distance to everything. Thank you for making our holiday so wonderful.
