The hotel was lovely, situated on a beautiful river bank very near the beach. The hotel has a riverside garden bar by the pool. Communication with staff prior to arriving was excellent and Anna (who was amazing throughout) helped us to organise a taxi from the train station and allowed us an early check in when we arrived, which was so kind and made a massive difference to the start of our family Christmas. The view from our ground floor room out over the river was exceptional and we loved watching the birdlife and fishing boats passing by. The children enjoyed swimming in the pool every day, even when it was raining. The range of choice at breakfast was great. We also loved spending time at the riverside bar, lit by lanterns, with a relaxed and happy vibe. The room was lovely and we enjoyed the bath and veranda a lot! They provided us with a large extra cot which was very comfortable for our little girl. But above all the friendliness and care of all the staff, led by Anna, made our stay so happy and memorable and our children said it was the best place they stayed in Vietnam! Would highly recommend to other families.

The staff were awesome. Very helpful and willing to offer suggestions. We had an issue with our room upon check in and once we notified staff, they immediately moved us to another room Genuinely caring. Convenient shuttle to the markets.

Room was comfortable only the furnishing is bit old. Breakfast varieties are fine. Staffs are very friendly.

Fantastic service. Anna the front desk manager was amazing. 3k’s from Hoi An, but free shuttle bus runs several times a day return. We had upgrade to River Front room. It was huge.

The resort is in a lovely location. We enjoyed our afternoon beers sat on the terrace overlooking the river. About 100mtrs up the road is a very nice beach, white sand, lovely clear water. Our room was very spacious with peaceful views of the garden and river. There is definitely a very family atmosphere. Anna, the service manager has a lovely warm personality making everyone feel special. This has carried through to her front of house staff, Superman, Lilly & Tien who all do their very best to make everyone feel welcome. Breakfast is more than adequate, plenty of fresh fruit, traditional Asian dishes alongside of bacon and eggs or eggs cooked whichever way you want, cold meats croissants etc. The dinning room staff led by Tony & Vam Ella were always cheerful and very efficient making sure we were very well fed.
