The Phuc Thao Villa is 1.7 km to the Hoi An ancient town. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The two inter leading rooms, both en suite were optimal for our family of 4. .

Staff very helpful and very friendly and welcoming. I only planned to stay a few nights but extended to ~10 nights. Very nice looking homestay in a great location, I would’ve happily paid much more per night- great value for money.

This was a wonderful place to stay. There was so much attention to detail and Son and the staff were extremely helpful, attentive and friendly. They made sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast was delicious and fresh. The room, building and pool were very clean. The beds were very comfortable. Son has designed a peaceful villa with beautiful gardens. We enjoyed our conversations with Son. We would definitely come back and stay here.
