Staff, room away from the street with floor area, king bed, linen, towels, ensuite as advertised. Natural ventilation in the ensuite was adequate. External windows over the pool area were double glazed.

Nice room and very nice and friendly staff. Kevin helped us a lot with recommendations about local foods and shops which were all exceptional. Very helpful with transfers and everything we needed. Such a good price for such a good hotel.

Kevin was an amazing host! He made sure everything was good for us during our stay, spent time to give us recommendations and really went out his way to make our stay good. The property itself is also lovely and central.

Amazing stay. Kevin were very nice and gave lots of good tips and recommendations. The amenities were lacking for what the reviews and ratings said compared to others in south east Asia however for the price you really cannot complain! The staff were the best part and we even booked a negative trip through them and they go the price knocked down for us due to this and they will never use that trip again they told us which is nothing against the hotel as they were unknowing of the situation with the tour company. Overall a great stay! Just a little bit of a walk into the old town.
