Location, host The location is amazing - one easily walk to Old Town, food, entertainment & shopping plenty to choose from Super friendly, helpful and happy owner who also runs the spa and luggage/bag shop downstairs. This is their home & business Laundry was easily sorted - stayed four days. I felt safe enough and I'm semi deaf so the noise didn't affect me since I am asleep by 8.30pm - I think maybe I annoyed the whole household since I'm awake by 4.30am and out exploring by 6 am The massage was super good too... It fixed my feet after 25k steps on a hot Hoi An day

You're right in the heart of the nightmarket. Having said that I couldn't believe how quite it was after midnight. They're also super friendly, I have trouble trying to pay them. Later, later they tell me. Spent 3 nights before I could pay (they are going to push to get a massage. Not the worst thing that's happened)

It's a fantastic guesthouse with very helpfull and friendly staff. I stayed here two years ago and was very happy that again we could stay at Moon's

Great location with the night market right outside but not noisy, the market was gone by 10pm. 2 minute stroll to the river with the Japanese bridge opposite. Beware the property doesn’t have an elevator, you can get a coffee from a local vendor just outside from 7am.
