Amazing value compared to similar accom in the area. Khanh and family were very friendly, lovely breakfast was included, great for long stay, rooms were a good size and the location is ideal for old town, rice fields and beach if you rent a scooter or don't mind catching a Grab.

The whole hotel just had a great vibe — beautiful room, lots of natural light, great location, and the room itself was honestly excellent. Nice bathroom, clean and well kept. I’ve stayed in many hotels in Vietnam, but this one was a solid 10 out of 10!

I loved everything about this place, I very much regretted only booking 3 nights. It looks exactly like the photos, super clean and very relaxing and cozy place. Loved just chilling on the balcony or by the pool at night. The owners were incredibly friendly. Location was great for me; about 20 mins walk from the old quarter. Owners did offer scooters to rent but the walk to town was so enjoyable I didnt bother. When I come back to Hoi An I'll stay here again happily

Thank you to the owner for his hospitality, we had a wonderful vacation at this hotel :) This place feels warm and cozy, just like home. The rooms are big and sunny, and the breakfasts are delicious. I recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to enjoy a quiet and peaceful atmosphere during their vacation
