I really appreciated how clean the room was, and the bed was super comfortable. It had everything I needed, and the air conditioning was perfect—it kept the room cool without drying out the air. Since I was traveling and working, I would have preferred a slightly larger desk, but it still worked fine. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. One day I had a stomach ache, and they were so caring—checking in on me and even offering to get medication. They also remembered how I like my fruit prepared and made sure it was served just the way I liked it every time. The food is also very good there! The pho was the best in the morning. Also the hotel manager was very kind and flexible to adjusted my dates due to my sickness and being incapable to travel.

Just outside the old city center, which was great. You can walk to the center but also make use of their bicycles to go to the city or to the beautiful beaches nearby. The owner was very kind and helpful, and can tell so much about the surroundings. The room was nice and spacious with a great bed and a nice bathroom. Would definitely recommend this place to others.

Staff were amazing and helpful. Room was lovely and clean. Pool area and breakfast were both great. Free bicycles to get around was a lovely bonus! We also booked a cooking class through the hotel which was loads of fun.

Nam was extremely welcoming and helpful with information about things to do and see. All the staff were extremely friendly and the hotel provided a great breakfast. The complimentary bicycles were a great bonus for getting around on.
