The manager was very helpful and responsive. They provided free bikes. It was a great location to bike to the Coconut Village and the beach as well as the walking district. Great value for money.

The property was small and the staff very friendly and in a great location, comfortable walking distance to the old town or about $3 (AUD) by Grab (AsianUber). The host (manager) is Nam, is amazing. He is friendly and very honest, and has great English. He was able to make all our day trip bookings at no charge and is a wealth of information. The rooms were very clean and beds super comfortable. The pool temperature was cool, unlike others I’ve stayed at. We had a 10 day stay and will stay here again. There’s a chemist, mini mart, wine bar, beauty room for facials, massage, mani and pedicures, cafes and street food vendors all with a 100 meters of the Villa.

We had the best time In Hoi An, Nam (the host) was so helpful in giving food recommendations, tailors and generally things to do. They provide bikes for you to travel to all the little villages which were great. Breakfast is made to order, offering traditional Vietnamese food as well as western breakfast. All delicious! Location was a bit out of the old town but the walk back was pleasant from wherever we had dinner etc. Room was comfortable and they were able to sort any problems very quickly
