This hotel was so lovely! I stayed in the Hoianese Center hotel last year and I really wanted to stay in another Hoianese this year because it was such a great experience. Min, Gavy and Kimmi were such exceptional staff, very friendly and really accommodating. In terms of the hotel, it was beautifully designed and the room was equipped with everything! The beds were also super comfortable and I felt very safe here. The breakfast was also amazing and was definitely very healthy! I will for sure be back one day ❤️

We loved absolutely everything. The service is amazing, Ivy, Helen, Sunny, Min and Emma will explain you everything about Hoi An and arrange any activity, transport that you need. Rooms are clean and beautiful, the price is really competitive and you’re in a perfect area. Plus, the beds are incredible.

The place is just excellent. We were very surprised how cool is that. Rooms are very comfy and clean. Staff we met (Helen, Emma and Ivy) there are just amazing, very kind and helpful. They help us plan our stay in Hoi An and recommended many fun places and attractions. We also recommend free local tour (which is everyday morning) with Bao, where you can learn a lot about the place and see most iconic linocations in the town.

Our stay at Hoianese Old Town Boutique was perfect - one of our favourite stays in the 4 weeks we spent in Vietnam! The room was spotless, good WiFi, aircon that worked, perfect location & the most helpful, friendly staff. They took so much care with the washing that we gave them & also gave us a free late check out as we hadn’t been well the night before. We also had a free upgrade on arrival which was a nice surprise! I can’t recommend this stay enough. Thank you Helen, Ivy, Emma, Min for making our stay in Hoi An so special❤️
