Absolutely great hotel! Amazing location and the staff were so helpful and accomodating (especially Rosie!). Location wise was super close to all the attractions but quiet and not near the party scene (although was walking distance if that is what you want). Everything was very clean and the staff helped you book anything you wanted and could recommend specific restaurants based on what you wanted to eat. The room was great and spacious and amenities were fantastic as well. The breakfast was great with both western and Vietnamese options. They let you rent push bikes for free and take the pool towels with you to the beach for the day. Overall, if we ever visit Hoi An again, we will definitely be staying here.

Our stay at the Hoi An Central Hotel was absolutely incredible, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us with such warmth and genuine care that we immediately felt at home. Every single member of the team went above and beyond to make our stay special, whether it was offering fantastic recommendations for local dining and activities or ensuring we had everything we needed to feel comfortable. The level of attentiveness and professionalism truly made our trip unforgettable. The room was everything we could have hoped for—spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed with a perfect balance of modern comfort and local charm. The bed was one of the most comfortable we’ve ever slept in, with a plush mattress topper that made every night feel like sleeping on a cloud. The pillows were just as luxurious, offering a variety of options so we could find exactly what suited us best. After long days of exploring Hoi An’s vibrant streets, coming back to such a cozy and relaxing space was a highlight of our trip. The hotel’s location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk from the heart of Hoi An’s Old Town while still maintaining a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. We loved starting our mornings with the delicious breakfast buffet in the hotel’s charming garden setting before heading out to explore. The staff also helped us arrange bike rentals and transportation, making everything so easy and stress-free. If you’re looking for a hotel that combines exceptional service, unbeatable comfort, and an ideal location, Hoi An Central Hotel is the perfect choice. We can’t wait to come back!

Jasmine, Chloe and the team have been amazing very caring and attentive. The room was incredible comfortable and the breakfast very good. The location was great for exploring the old town and we used the bicycles to go to the beach. I would recommend this hotel, it provided a lovely touch to finish our trip to Vietnam. Thank you ❤️

A beautiful hotel with clean well appointed rooms. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice. The gardens around the pool were relaxing and well maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional and helpful. Good location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel and would stay there again.

This was our favourite hotel to stay. Could not fault it. Beautiful hotel, stunning gardens, very helpful staff, yummy brekky, clean, comfortable and great location. We changed our booking at the last minute from another place based on reviews of both places (the other being mostly negatives) and we were so so glad we did. They even upgraded our room for the first night which was wonderful.

Located right in old town of hoi an. Our rooms had massive super king beds and rooms were so spacious. The free pedal bike use was our favourite. Best way to get around hoi an at your own pace. Would definitely stay here again

Hoian Central Hotel is a delight with wonderful staff and just a lovely quiet oasis in the buzz of Hoi an. So lovely it (not me) convinced my husband to commit to return next year for a longer stay. Can’t wait to return.
