Very nice small hotel outside of old town hoi an. Great location to walk into old town. Good value for the price. Be carful rooms are Very stuffy with high humidity. behind the hotel are construction going on - so it could get loud

Housekeeping was very good, even when had do not disturb sign they left new towels etc outside. Hotel provided umbrellas which was helpful. Breakfast was good.

Location was just a few minutes' walk from the main town area. The sheets and towels were changed every day! Nice pool, although it was raining hard so couldn't make use of it. Breakfast was great, a wide choice from the buffet and eggs/omelets made fresh at request.

Our stay was very good! The rooms are nice and the location of the hotel is perfect. At night it is very quiet and you are close to the old town and all the attractions. The breakfast was also very tasty.

We loved our 4 nights here. It was very clean and the staff are so friendly and always happy to help and recommend places to eat, activities etc. Really nice to stay somewhere smaller than big hotel. On Xmas day, one staff member dressed up as Santa giving out gifts to everyone at breakfast, such a sweet gesture. Despite the 5 days of rain, we still managed to do lots of activities and they provided us with umbrellas that was really useful. Only 5 mins walk to Japanese bridge and the spa opposite was great. Really recommend anyone looking for a smaller and friendly place to stay that is nearby. Enjoyed the breakfast as well!

The staff was friendly and very qualified and helped me with bookings of the hotel. The tooms with bath were nice and clean. there is even a small balcony.. The place of the hotel is fantastic; only 7 minutes walking from the maib street in old town.
