My 3rd stay here, staff are amazing and helpful. Close to everything but far enough away from the noise of cars and scooters tooting all night. Great pool , beds comfortable, breakfast is amazing and lots to choose from the menu. Be back again , thank you Mr Wally

Great pool perfect to cool off after a hot day walking around the old town Mr Wally was very helpful organising transfers to airport and train station complementary breakfast was a bonus

Amazing staff, Wally is so helpful and couldn’t do enough for us!! The pool is great for having a dip at the end of the day, and the location is nice too. You have a few cafes and shops around 2 mins away, and 10 ish minute walk into the main city. Loved the bedroom and bathroom :)

The location is ideal for exploring Hoi An without being in the noisy part. The rooms & outdoor facilities like the pool are well taken care of compared to other accommodations. I absolutely loved the fact that you got to choose your breakfast the evening before. The get the ingredients freshly at the market and it just means less food waste compared to a buffet.

Quite location Family run Pool outside the door Great breakfast included Wally will book all tours , organised laundry to be done, did airport transport, happy to chat and always smiling. Short walk to old town. One of the best places I have stayed.

Wally is a great host, super helpful with recommendations and helping to sort out posting clothes back to the UK - someone came out to the hotel to pack everything up for me! The villa is super clean, breakfast is generous and tasty with multiple cooked to order options. Room are big, light and airy, comfy beds, clean bathrooms and regular cleaning service. Location is good, short walk into the old town but far enough away from the action that it is peaceful and quiet! Loved my stay here and would definitely come back.

The hotelroom is very big. The bathroom is also very big and beautiful! The hotel is located very well and a few minutes walking to old Town!

Amazing Villa within walking distance of the city center. A quiet place to relax after a day exploring the wonders of Hoi An. Absolutely worth paying for the ground level rooms overlooking the pool. The place was always spotless. The rooms and bathrooms are huge. And Wally is a very nice guy. Breakfast is served every day from a list of options that you choose the night before so the produce is always fresh.

Wally was very helpful and not only arranged what we requested for breakfast the next day but had washing done for us and booked airport pick ups and tours.
