Such friendly staff and great location to explore town and the surrounding areas whilst being quiet at night. We always have a great stay and the staff organised for us to rent scooters and give great recommendations. When we come back to hoi ann I would always stay here. Great value for money.

I love the boutique style of this villa and the staff are wonderful and welcoming. Beautiful relaxed breakfast every morning by the pool. Also like the quiet location which is a 10 minute ride from town but also has coffee and food within walking distance

Good location if you want quiet while still in walking distance of the old town. Very helpful staff, Tracey, assisted with booking tickets for local attractions, tours and travel. Good WiFi and cell reception

Lovely place and wonderful staff. Tracy and Katy were very good for us and helped us book shows and activities. Breakfast was great and the hotel all round was wonderful.
