From the moment you arrive at this beautiful boutique hotel, you're greeted like family. The staff are incredible. Always smiling and just can't do enough to make you're stay comfortable. They also assist with things to do, tickets, restaurant recommendations, ordering taxis from wherever you may be. Just brilliant! I must also mention the restaurant on site, beautiful, fresh, tasty, typical Vietnamese food. Excellent cocktail list as well. Dont miss out on the spa massage either, fabulous! I give this hotel 10/10 and I am a avid traveller. Thank you HoiAn Odyssey Hotel and Spa

We had the most brilliant time at the Odyssey. It was a very comfortable stay with fabulous connecting room for the kids. The small hotel meant we got personalized service for everything. Food, drinks and spa treatments were great and everything at exceptional value. Location is great walking distance or a short taxi/ buggy ride to the old town, all the markets, lantern boats, bamboo circus and night market. We loved our 5 days stay so much we came back at the end of our trip for a further 4 nights.

Breakfast was great!! The room was very spacious. Everything was comfortable and at the reception they are the best!! Always supported and helped me with anything I needed (thanks Jessie and all the reception team)
