It was very friendly. Location is excellent. It is on an island away from traffic. Short taxi or 15 min walk to old town.

Everything. The staff, pools and the room was spacious. We could sit on the balcony and watch the boats go by at night.

Such an amazing place to stay with young kids!! The service was incredible, the pool was lovely, and my 1 year old loved being able to go to Memories Land and see the mini shows and lights (we went twice!!). So easy to get to Old Town and I loved watching the colourful boats on the river from our room. The hotel also organised a day trip and airport transfer for us which made things so easy. Breakfast buffet had lots of yummy options. Highly recommend!
