Located on the outskirts of the Old Quarter so easy to walk into the centre by the river but had all the benefits of being in local streets with restaurants, tea and coffee shops, spas, shop with the locals. Also good to hop on the bike and be on the main road to the beaches via the rice fields. So location was perfect. Choice of breakfast was very good the Pho and Cao Lau were delicious. Also served baguettes and eggs. Also gave us a packed breakfast as left 6am on last day. With coffee and fruit. We borrowed the homestay bikes everyday to go to the beach. Communication and staff was brilliant. Thank you for having us to stay. Defined recommend Hanging Garden. Room and bathroom was a good size and beds comfy.
