The receptionist at our hotel, Ella, is very sweet and gentle. Her service attitude is excellent. I hope to come back again next time—Ella is truly wonderful!

This hotel was wonderful! The breakfast was amazing, with various stations e.g. coffee station with local coffee, and changing local noodles! But the staff are amazing, especially Kathy and Luna who welcomed us kindly and graciously, and made sure to give us amazing recommendations for what to eat around Hoi An!
