Great place! Pool was fantastic and space was very clean and tidy. Gym was an added bonus. Was close to old town but far away enough so you weren’t in the midst of the hustle and bustle.

We loved our stay at Gem Riverside Hotel. We chose this place purely for the pool for the kids and it did not disappoint. We were in a ground floor room which meant less than 10 steps and we were in the pool. This also meant we had a cool indoor/outdoor bathroom which we loved for something different. Beds were comfy and room was spacious and clean. Buffet breakfast is good with enough options to suit everyone. Staff were always friendly and helpful. It's an easy 10 min walk to Old Town but you have to cross a bridge that doesn't have much of a footpath so wouldn't recommend with a pram/stroller. There is also a very cool coffee place in the street behind called Olivier's which is worth a visit.

I dont usually write reviews but the staff were so good at Gem Riverside I will this time. They were really friendly, helpful and informative. The place is well looked after, the pool looks great, the rooms were great, and the staff helped us make the best of our time and helped us make a few bookings at reasonable proces. The free bikes were super useful. I highly reccomend Hoi An and this hotel.

Lovely room with a nice balcony area, hotel is away from the crowds of the main town which was nice as was quiet. Great to use the free bicycles on offer. Used the airport transfer which the hotel arranged and was very easy and a nice driver too.
