- the staff offer immediate help most of the time like fixing issues or arranging cars for you - the pricing of food and car is reasonable, there is no crazy mark up - the room is comfortable and clean - the garden area is beautiful - free bikes and they have baby/child seats - the location is between old town and an bang beach, shuttles are provided, so you can avoid the hustle in old town, it is close to coconut basket village, but no other interest things around - breakfast is simple but good enough, love their soup broth for pho/bun! - beautiful pool with different level of depths I feel well looked after by the team and each of them works very hard to make you a pleasant stay.

The staff were perfect. Very helpful and great communication. Breakfast was ample but not lavish. Egg chef did a great job of Chilli omelets. 3 pools were clean and had a deep end in our favourite which was unique for our 4 week trip in Vietnam. Free bikes were in great working order. Pool table and pool table were fun for the family.

The highlight of the resort is very nice team of staffs who notice all the small details to help us have a comfortable stay. Everyone we met was so nice, caring and helpful. I have been to lots of hotel/resorts in my life including those of 5-6 stars and this is the best hospitality team so far. My little one had a minor accident and I couldnt thank the staff enough for the care and support they gave to our family. Our room is clean with a large bathroom and comfortable beds. We love that they have water filter system in the room so that we can get free drinking water as we need and dont need to use plastic bottle. We love the use of natural materials in its buildings and furnitures. The building and interior design is authentic Vietnamese style. We enjoyed the touch of nature and greenery in every corner of the resort. Breakfast buffet is yummy. We also tried lunch and dinner at the resort and like the food. Overall, we had a very comfortable stay. Highly recommended

Our stay at ENSO Retreat was unforgettable! Above all, we were blown away by the incredibly caring, attentive, and big-hearted team who made every moment special. We stayed for six nights and didn’t want to leave our tranquil paradise! The bungalows were fabulous—beautifully designed, comfortable, and perfect for relaxation. We also loved being just a short 10-minute shuttle ride from Hoi An old town, which made exploring effortless. We can’t wait to return!

Friendly staff with a five star service. They let us do checkin before the stipulated time and gave a light b’fast to our son. Tranquility and open green space. Billiard, bicycle facilities Very good b’fast Very good restaurant. Shuttle service to/from town. The surrounding.

Staff went above and beyond to help us before after and during our stay. Location is perfectly situated in the quieter suburb of hoi an and the hotel free bus shuttle is a get complimentary service. Breakfast was delicious. The hotel has great taxi drivers, which we used to get from the airport to the hotel at a good rate and the driver went above and beyond to assist us with our needs. We booked the basket boat ride and this hotel was a perfect 10 min walk for this activity. Would definitely come back

Love, love, love this place. Service was phenomenal! Reception and managers were all so kind and helpful. A massive highlight of Enso. The property is gorgeous and it’s also slightly out of the city so it’s quiet. Meant great sleep at night. And the beds… the best we had while in Vietnam. 3 pools were all crystal clear and would have been great to swim in (was a bit too cold and rainy at the end of Dec when we came). As other reviews mention, the shuttle into the ancient city is great. Overall, they have thought of every detail. This property deserves the high review score they have on Booking.
