Very quiet atmosphere, clean and the staff were absolutely lovely. Very helpful staff that helped anytime they could, even helped me hire a motorbike for our time there From Reception through to the lovely old gentleman who carried our bags to our room, (Mr Phuong) to the cleaners who were so efficient to the gardeners who kept the gardens immaculate, they all went above and beyond. The staff were amazing they work so hard, and are just delightful, I would give them all 10 stars. Every one of them would stop and greet us with a huge smile and they were just delightful. Three swimming pools and a lovely restaurant on site

Beautiful location in a nice quiet area. The staff were very friendly, accommodating, attentive and dedicated. Customer care was top notch. I had to check out at midday, but my return flight was at midnight. I was told I could stay in the premises and use the facilities. I was even allowed to have a shower in the large spa bathroom before leaving with the shuttle bus. Services were provided promptly.

The hotel has such a calm and beautiful atmosphere — it reminds me so much of my grandparents’ house. The customer service is truly exceptional; everyone goes the extra mile to make our stay comfortable.
