The Ladies at the Front Desk are incredible in every way! The are super helpful with everything (Trips, Tailoring etc), always willing to help you with anything and just want you to have a great stay.

The hospitality was amazing , they helped us in every way they could, the best part when they prepared breakfast for us at 6 in the morning as we had to leave early that was such a sweet and responsible gesture, the room, services everything was perfect.definitely gonna visit again.

What can I say... our stay in Hoi An couldn't have been better! This hotel, surrounded by greenery, is an oasis of peace and beauty, but what makes it truly special is the staff: always kind, smiling, and capable of putting you in a good mood from morning to night. As soon as we arrived, the receptionist greeted us with a dazzling smile and infectious energy. She gave us all the useful tips to make the most of Hoi An, booked activities for us, and even supported us via WhatsApp at any time. I would have stayed longer just for the energy that permeates this place and the friendliness and helpfulness of the receptionist, who made our stay even more enjoyable. Plus, the hotel offers free bicycles for exploring the city at your own pace—perfect for reaching the center or the beach! Breakfast is simple but delicious, with the option of choosing an à la carte dish. I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for genuine hospitality, genuine smiles, and a positive atmosphere!
