This place is truly wonderful. The location is absolutely perfect — everything you need is nearby, yet it still feels peaceful and relaxing. The owners are amazing people: very kind, welcoming, and always smiling. They create such a warm and приятная атмосфера that you instantly feel at home. My room was located in what felt like a little paradise garden — lush, beautiful, and incredibly calming. Waking up there every day was a real joy. I would definitely love to come back!

As always, the family who owns this property is lovely. Always available and helpful. No need to pay when you get there, you can pay when checking out. No additional fee for early checkin or late checkout. Less than 5mins from old town. The weather was a bit cooler during my stay in Hoi An and I ask them for an additional cover and they provided me with one of the most comfortable ones. You can rent bicycles or motorcycles from this property, all their bicycles and motocycles are in great condition(some even new). No bullshit or fake charges, just honest and lovely host.
