First off, 10/10 for the hostess—you rarely come across such care and attention. I needed to work, and she ensured I got a room with a desk. The internet was sufficient for work, and the welcome was incredibly warm. The location is in a calm area, perfect for a relaxing stay. She went above and beyond to help with activities, providing honest and non-promoted tips about the town. Upon check-out, she even sent me off with the best Banh Mi in Hoi An. Truly felt like home!

Vicki was amazing! The room itself was simple, but spacious and clean. Nice little spot along the river. Vicki went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful, even buying us breakfast and cooling us food to take to the airport for our early flight. Thank you Vicki!

Vicky is the kindest host we have ever met! She was so generous and always went out of our way to help us. The hotel is beautiful and in a wonderful spot of Hoi an! Her knowledge of the area is amazing! She helped us organise a lot of our activities to ensure we had the best experience! We certainly recommend the B’Lan Riverside Villa!!

I can't fault this hotel, the room was perfect with a super comfy bed and cleaned daily with lovely fresh towels. The best thing by far was Vickynhu who was the most perfect host I have ever encountered. She was kind, generous, funny and a fabulous person. There is nothing she will not do for you, all with good humour and grace. She arranged our tours which were amazing as well as taxis and laundry which was faultless. I cannot put into words just how welcome she made us feel, I was genuinely sad to leave! Thank you for such a wonderful stay xxx

Villa is in good location, not far from all hustle and bustle. We had a specious room - really great value for money. Owner is super helpful and responsive! She gave so many good local tips, and helped us to organise trips and transfer in a better price than grab/taxi. Will definitely stay there again if we back to Hoi An!
